    I love working in childcare, and I'chiliad pretty well-educated on child development and didactics. Many of my coworkers are cracking, the company takes COVID relatively seriously (compared to some other companies) and the tech we apply is pretty decent. I like the functionality of the app (being able to send photos to families is great!) and information technology's a pretty flexible and understanding environs in situations where life gets in the fashion (like having automobile issues and things similar that.)

    Cons

    There has been a lot of turnover and poor memory in my region, from what I've heard; I tin see why. There are a lot of issues--the curriculum provided is often not useable or tailored to the historic period group of the room. In some instances, information technology's outdated based on current company policies or not developmentally advisable. Behavioral direction is poor, and the interventions are not comprehensive. Several of my coworkers have ideas about child development and behavior that are incredibly outdated and not based in any research, which is disappointing and harmful to some students. There is not adequate training or emphasis on accessibility, and it leads to some students existence left out of activities or being forced into activities that are distressing for them. Well-nigh harmfully, management advised that we cannot mention developmental delays or a possible need for evaluation to parents considering we might have to cover the price.
