I capeesh your time getting back to this thread, If the effect persists, perform Repair Upgrade, it volition repair and replace whatsoever corrupted system files.

Step one: Download Media Creation Tool from Microsoft.

Click "Download Tool Now"

Pace two: Run MediaCreationTool.exe.
Step 3: Choose "Upgrade this PC at present".
Pace 4: Select "Continue personal files and apps".
Step 5: Permit it install

Restart once done and cheque.

If issue persists fifty-fifty afterwards repair install, y'all may consider to perform clean installation, save all your of import files in a external drive to prevent any data lost and keep with clean installation.
